Lynda Flanagan is a Canadian artist known for her love of bright, bold colour and broad, sweeping brushstrokes. She spends much of her time outdoors and has been drawn to the natural world since childhood—watching clouds drift across the sky, anticipating the arrival of a good storm, gathering rocks along the beaches of Lake Huron, and climbing the rugged formations of Georgian Bay. Her work reflects her interpretations of, and emotional connection to, the landscapes that surround us.
