Please note: we do not ship items that are made by artisans at Hamilton Farmers’ Market. Items available for free shipping in Canada and the United States include: greeting cards, stickers, magnets, and matted prints. 

Most online orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. 
Some products are made on demand and production time is noted on individual product pages.
Large, custom, or wholesale orders may take longer to process.

Average shipping times after processing are:
Canada: 4-7 business days
USA: 7-14 business days
International: 10-21 business days

Tracking is not included on standard shipping.

Shipping can be a tricky thing to estimate when multiple products, weights and packaging variants are involved. It is our policy and promise to refund any difference between the shipping cost you paid vs. the actual amount we paid to ship it. For example: If you paid $15.50 for shipping but it cost us $12.50 to ship, we will refund you $3.00.
